Sorry Jim, I arrived at 10 but I followed coordinates and ended up on the other side of the ridge (Shannondale, WV) on Eagle Nest. I did try to catch up tracing back written directions but by the time I reached 713 it was past 11. Too ad because the meeting point was only 30 miles from fort Detrick, where I am now. Hope you all had a nice hike
