Introduction
I actually live in State College, Pa., but visit Baltimore, D.C., and Annapolis occasionally. I met Steve Rosenbach on a D.C. Photo Safari in Annapolis a few summers ago and found out about the group through him.
What kinds of things do you like to shoot?
Lots of stuff ... lately I'm really interested in cemetery art, but I'm also into travel photography and just about anything that's visually interesting.
How would you describe your level of expertise?
Advanced amateur? Have been shooting with SLRs since I was 17. I am editor of the Penn State alumni magazine and have picked up a lot about photography on the job; also my brother is a professional photographer and I've learned a lot from him.
What are you shooting with?
Nikon D7000 with a Nikon 18-200mm VR, Sigma 10-20 ultra-wide-angle, Nikon 35mm f1.8, Nikon 70-300mm, Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 VR II.
